ORDER

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner despite service of notice on the petitioner as well as his counsel. This matter pertains to the allegations of the power theft. Therefore, in view of the judgment of Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad (Civil Appeal No.4566/2012 decided on 01.07.2013), this matter being a case of power theft, the consumer fora has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. Petitioner is, however, granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the proper forum.
