                Sh. Sunil Sharma, counsel for OPs.

                  

                            Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, subject to the third last opportunity. No evidence is present. Request for adjournment. Strongly opposed on the ground that the complainant is lingering on the matter in the shadow of stay order dated 18.04.2022, passed by this Commission. Vide which this Commission has stayed 60% amount of the disputed bill. On perusal of the file, it reveals that complainant has already availed sufficient opportunities including three last opportunity to conclude her evidence but she has failed to do so. It appears that objection raised by the learaned counsel for the OP is genuine one. Present complaint pertains to the year 2021. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. Pending application (s) if any, also disposed off accordingly. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
