                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromised effected.

         Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered her separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. So she does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                In view of the above statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
