                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                   In view of statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
