                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

02.05.2022:               The case is fixed to-day for hearing on admission. Advocate for the complainant submitted that the Opposite party/TPWODL is having offices throughout Western Odisha. After perusal of complaint petition reveals that the cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of Opp. Party.  Accordingly the present district commission has no territorial jurisdiction.

 

                                    Hence the present complaint is dismiss with liberty to complainant to file the case as per law.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 2^nd day of May’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
