ORDER

That the consumer complainant NO.13/2008 is allowed on contest with cost of Rs.430/- assessed by the Ld.Forum.The complainant directed to received the cheque amounnt of Rs.40,485.31 from the Ld.Forum within seven days from the date of order.That the OP UTI is here by directed to pay interest @15% P.A on rupees 40,485.31 for 5 months i.e Rs.2530 to the Complainant.

Therefore OP UTI is further hereby directed to pay cost of Rs.430/- + Rs.2530 =Rs.2960 to the Complainant within one month from the date of order Positively. If not paid within the prescribed period of time the said amount shall bear amount interest @8p.a till full payment.

The case is disposed off within the specified period of time.
