Hazira is filed on behalf of the Complainant/Dhr. through Advocate praying for adjournment supported by Medical certificate.

The case is fixed for E.R. of W/A.

It appears from the record that the C.C. No.43/2012 has long been disposed of in the Year-2013 and the instant case, arising out of that C.C. case is pending since 2014. Now it is the beginning of  2023. The Complainant/Dhr. may not get the desired result out of the impugned Judgement dated: 26-09-2013.

Hence it is ordered……

That the Execution case is accordingly disposed of.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
