                        The petition filed by the complainant is taken up for hearing .

            Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld.Lawyer for the complainant.

 

In the said petition  the complainant has prayed for withdrawal of the case with a permission to sue afresh.

            It appears to us that there is some technical defects, as a result of which the case may fail. So, for the ends of justice the complainant must get an opportunity to sue afresh after removing the defects. Accordingly the petition is considered and allowed.

                                           Hence, it is,

                                                     Ordered,

 that the  Complaint Case No.CC/99/2021 be and the same is withdrawn with a permission to sue afresh within the period of limitation.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
