On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his Advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

It appers from case record that Complainant found absent without any step on previous dates also.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

So This case is liable to be dismissed .

Hence it is,

That the cc no. 32/2015 be and same is here by DISMISSED for default ,but without cost.
