Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that due to some technical defect I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action. The time spent by the complainant before this Commission may pleased be excluded while computing the period of limitation.”

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is given liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if she so desires and the time spent by the complainant before this Commission be excluded while computing the period of limitation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. However, the complainant may obtained the original documents filed in the complaint, if he so desires. File be consigned to record room.
