ORDER

          After addressing us for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition stating that the petitioners would like to avail of some other remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.  Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

          We are confident that as and when petitioners take recourse to some other legal remedy, the same shall be considered by the concerned Forum in accordance with law taking into consideration the observations of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Laxmi Engineering Works v. P.S.G. Industrial Institute – (1995)3 SCC 583.
