                              File taken up today on filing of application, by the learned counsel for the complainant, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant with liberty to file a fresh complaint.

                              In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
