File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2 suffered a statement that matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 7,57,769/- (Rupees Seven lakh fifty seven thousand seven hundred sixty nine only) and opposite parties no.1 and 2 will make the payment of settled amount with in a period of 30 days from the date of order failing which the opposite parties no.1 and 2 will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.
Complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for opposite parties no.1 & 2 and has no grievances against the respondents. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 & 2.
In view of statement made by complainant and learned counsel for the opposite parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat, with directions to the opposite parties no.1 and 2 to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 7,57,769/- ( Rupees Seven lakh fifty seven thousand seven hundred sixty nine only) to the complainant within 30 days, failing which the opposite parties no. 1 and 2 shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from today i.e. 11.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
