            The complainant along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

Ld Advocate for the OP Nos. 1 to 3  is present.

The dispute has been amicably settled down at Rs.1,17,143/- (Rupees one lakh seventeen thousand one hundred forty three only) and the complainant has already received the said amount  towards full and final settlement.

So, the case being  No. CC/44/2023 is disposed of with full and final settlement of the complainant.
