     1.       Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, SCO 102-102-103, Sector-        17D, Batra Building, Chandigarh-160017, through its Authorized Signatory.

     2.       Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, 1st Floor 5 Prem Nagar, Near               Post Office, Ambala City-134003, through its authorized signatory.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

Order by:-  Smt. Neena Sandhu, President.

 

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been compromised with the complainant, whereby the OPs-insurance Company is ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (one Lac) as full and final settlement to her entire claim and the insurance company will make the payment within 45 days of the receipt of order.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the learned counsel for the OPs and he have no objection if the present complaint is disposed off in terms of said statement and he withdraws the same being compromised on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
