Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that Usha Saini (special power of attorney) has received payment of Rs.1,70,000/- (Rupees One Lack Seventy Thousand Only) and on the instruction of complainant, he withdraws the present complaint.

Heard.

Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
