                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakh only) and opposite party will make the payment of settled amount with in a period of 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for opposite party no.1 and accept the aforesaid amount as full and final qua all the admissions of Baljeet during policy period 22.08.2023 to 21.08.2024. He further stated that now complainant has no grievances against the respondent and the matter be decided in the light of statement made by learned counsel for the opposite party.

                   In view of statement made by learned counsels for the both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat, with directions to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakh only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which the opposite party shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from today i.e. 11.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
