On the joint request of Ld. counsel for the parties file is taken up today and today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties and today I have received a payinst draft No. 323447 dated 19.11.2021 for Rs. 1,78,923/- payable in the name of Arjan Singh complainant from the opposite party. Now nothing is due of the complainant towards the opposite parties. The complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
