                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite party suffered a statement that in above case matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 30,143/- (Rupees thirty thousand one hundred forty three only) and opposite party will make the payment of settlement amount with in a period of 60 days from the date for order failing which the opposite party will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for the opposite party and accept the aforesaid amount as full and final. He further stated that now complainant has no grievance against the respondent and the  matter be decided in the light of statement made by learned counsel for the opposite party.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsels for both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with directions to opposite party to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs. 30,143/- (Rupees thirty thousand one hundred forty three only) to the complainant within a period of 60 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party shall be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from today i.e. 11.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
