Present:       Sh. Aman Kumar complainant in person with Sh. R.D. Bishnoi,  Advocate.                                                        

                        Sh.  Ravinder Goyal, Advocate for opposite parties.                       

                    File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant and ops for withdrawal of the present complaint as a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that matter stands settled with the complainant and as per compromise the ops are ready to pay an amount of Rs.65,000/- as full and final payment to the complainant within 30 days and in case the payment is delayed, then ops are ready to pay the said amount alongwith interest from the date of this order. The complainant has also suffered a statement that he is agreed with the above said statement and as per statements the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn but ops may be bound down by their statement. In view of the above said statements, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised and ops shall pay the above said amount of Rs.65,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today and in default the complainant shall be entitled to interest @6% per annum on the above said amount of Rs.65,000/- from ops from the date of this order till actual realization. File be consigned to the record room.
