NATIONAL LOK ADALAT

The instant case is taken up before the National Lok Adalat for amicable settlement.

Complainant files an application supported by affidavit praying for withdrawal of the complaint case on the grounds that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled out of the Commission.

Head the Ld. Advocates of both  parties.

In course of hearing Ld. Advocate for the opposite party / insurer submits that they are agreed to pay Rs.70,651/- (Rupees seventy thousand six hundred and fifty one)  only to the complainant as full and final settlement out of the total  claim amount of Rs.1,10,436/-  (Rupees one lakh ten thousand four hundred and thirty six) only.

Complainant and her Advocate agreed to accept such proposal.

Thus, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant Consumer Case.

The opposite party has already furnished a Demand Draft bearing no.325681 dated 02/02/2024 for Rs.70,651/- drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of the complainant.

Complainant is permitted to receive the said Demand Draft against filing photo copy of Aadhaar Card and proper identification.

Thus, the Consumer Case is disposed of.
