Today the case is fixed for filing reply of application for returning the file being barred by limitation by the complainant. But at this state, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he does not want to continue with the present complaint and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file the fresh case on the same cause of action may be granted.

                   Heard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law on the same cause of action. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.

                 A copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost and file be consigned after due compliance.
