Final Order / Judgement

File is taken up today as an application for compromise has been moved by complainants.

                   Complainant No.2 and counsel for the complainants have made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties for an amount of Rs.67,000/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Only), so they do not want to pursue with the present case and withdraw the same.

                   Learned counsel for the Ops has also made a statement that the matter has been compromised for an amount of Rs.67,000/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Only) and the company will pay the amount within a period of 45 days.

                   Heard.

                    Statement of both the parties recorded separately. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled for Rs.67,000/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Thousand Only). The Ops are directed to make payment to the complainant within 45 days after submission of documents by the complainants failing to which complainants shall be entitled to interest @9% per annum from the institution of this complaint till realization.  

                    Keeping in view the compromise statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
