Tajinder Singh aged about 42years son of Shri Inder  Pal Singh, resident of Vikas Colony, Nar Anmol Garden, Ranwar Road, Karnal, District Karnal.

1.     Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Ltd. Branch Office at 930/8, Raj Tower, 2^nd floor, G.T. Road, opposite I.B. College, Panipat, District Panipat.

 

2.     Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Ltd. Branch Office at SCF-137, 2^nd floor, Sector-13, Urban Estate, Karnal-132001.

Complaint under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Shri Tarun Virmani, counsel for the complainant.

                Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for the OPs.

               

       Today the case is fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat. Complainant has suffered a separate statement to the effect that in view of compromise, OPs are ready to pay Rs.30,000/-. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the OPs on 04.05.2023 suffered his separate statement to the effect that as per compromise the OPs shall pay Rs.30,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within 30 days from the date of order.

        In view of the above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
