        Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not pursue with the present complaint due to technical defect and he also prayed to file a fresh complaint.

           In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the Court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
