2. Maanik Kapoor son of Sh. Naresh Kapoor resident of House No.L-717, mode town Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                        Today the case is fixed for reply and consideration on the point of admissibility.

 

                At the stage, the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OPs. He does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
