2. Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Limited, registered & corporate office 1 new tank street, Valluvar kottom high road, Nungambakkam Chennai-600034, through its Managing Director.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Sanjeev Kapoor, counsel for the complainant.

                               

                Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainants has suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action.         

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
