Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Pardeep Goyal, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Mohit Goyal, counsel for the OP.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for filing the written version on behalf of the OP. Written version not filed.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the OP suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromised, OP will pay the amount of Rs.30,000/ as full and final settlement. The amount will be paid within 30 days from the date of order.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he does not wants to pursue with the present complaint and withdrawal the same being compromised.

             In view of statement of learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
