Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Munesh Goyal, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Ankush Pal, Advocate.

                   Sh. Mohit Goyal, counsel for the OP.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromise OP will pay Rs.29000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from the date of order.

                    On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. He agrees with the statement of Sh. Mohit Goyal as full and final settlement. So he withdraws the present complaint same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
