Kanishka minor daughter of Sh. Krishan Datt minor complainant through her father Sh. Krishan Datt, resident of VPO Sambhli, Tehsil Nissing, District, Karnal at present R/o Vikas Nagar, Phoosgarh road, Karnal.

1. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., Branch Officer, Karnal-II through its Manager, SCF-137, second floor, above ICICI Bank, Sector-13, Karnal.
2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., no.15, Sri Balaji complex, first floor, White Lane, Royapettah, Chennai-600014, through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. S.N.Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Ashok Vohra, counsel for the OPs.

                  

                   File taken up today on the application moved by the both parties for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

 

                   Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant. As per compromise OPs shall pay Rs.30,000/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from the date of order.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. Company is ready to pay Rs.30,000/- as full and final settlement, so in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs he withdraws the present complaint.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
