Jaya Kishori daughter of Sh. Shashi Kishore Pandey permanent resident of Aruna District Siwan Bihar now residing at Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya University of Health Science Village Kutail District Karnal through her father Sh. Shashi Kishore Pandey.

2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co., Ltd., no.15, Sri Balaji complex, white’s lane, Royapettah, Chennai-600014 through its authorized signatory.
3. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co., Ltd., Corporate Office: no.1 New Tank Street, Valluvarkottam high road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600014 through its M.D/authorized signatory.

                Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered her separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action.     

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
