                Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for opposite party.

               

                Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant subject to last opportunity.

                At the stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OP company i.e. Star Health. Hence he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
