The Complainant is absent on repeated calls even today.

The Ld. Advocate for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 is present.

No steps have been taken by the Complainant in view of the order number  5 and order number 6 dated 15.02.2023 and 06.04.2023 respectively.

It seems that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further.

It further appears from the record that the Complainant has not filed evidence in the form of affidavit-in-chief. Therefore, the case of the Complainant has not been proved.
