                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite parties.

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite parties suffered a statement that in above case matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs. 25,500/- (Rupees twenty five thousand five hundred only) and opposite parties will make the payment of settlement amount with in a period of 45 days from the date for order failing which the opposite parties will be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and agrees with the aforesaid statement of counsel of company. He further stated that he has no objection if aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsels for both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in National Lok Adalat with directions to the opposite parties to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs. 25,500/- (Rupees twenty five thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of order failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to make the payment of settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% PA from today i.e. 11.12.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
