  2. Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd, 4th Floor, Balaji Complex, No.15, Whites Lane, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai-600014 through its M.D/CEO/Authorized Signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Shri Ashwani Kumar Popli, counsel for the          complainant.

                Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for the OPs.

               

                File taken up today on the application filed by learned counsel for the both parties with the averments that matter has been compromised. Power of attorney filed on behalf of the OPs.

                 Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, OPs are ready to pay Rs.53,000  to the complainant, as full and final settlement, within 45 days.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate a statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

               In view of statement of the learned counsel for both parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
