This case is taken up before Lok Adalath.  Complainant No.1 and complainant counsel are present.  Opposite party counsel also present and moved joint compromise petition signed by both the parties stating that the matter has been amicably settled  between the parties and the complainant Nos.1 to 3 have agreed to receive a total sum of Rs.1,79,461/- towards full and final settlement against their claims within 2 months from today, failing which the said amount attracts interest at 6% p.a.

     In view of joint compromise petition is  filed by both the parties,  this case is disposed off accordingly.
