Complainant and counsel present.  OP’s counsel also present.  Matter is settled between parties for an amount of Rs.48,000/-.  The settled amount shall be given to complainant within two weeks by OP after furnishing the account number of complainant to OP.  Otherwise the amount will carry interest 9% per annum from today on wards till realization.  Complainant can execute the order by filing EA.
