Opp. party Star  Health  is   present.  Complainant  is   absent   without  any   step.  The   case   has  been    fixed  for    filing  evidence     on affidavit    by the   complainant.  It is   seen   that   complainant   was   absent   on   18/1/2023,   14/3/2023  , 19/4/2023    &  16/5/2023. We are  of the   view  that complainant   is  not  interested  to   proceed  with his   case  &   accordingly   , the  case   is   dismissed   with  default.
