                                 On 10.1.2024, Hon’ble President was on leave and case was adjourned to 15.1.2024. On 15.1.2024 also, Hon’ble President was on leave and file taken up today. Sh.S.S.Salaria Adv.counsel for opposite parties suffered statement that compromise has been effected between the parties. In lieu of the compromise, he has brought a cheque of Rs. 55000/- bearing No.258758 dated 30.12.2023 favouring Raman Kumar Bhatia drawn on HDFC Bank. In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite parties, Ms.Vinita Kumari Adv.counsel for the complainant also suffered statement that she has received a cheque of Rs. 55000/- bearing No.258758 dated 30.12.2023 favouring Raman Kumar Bhatia drawn on HDFC Bank towards full and final settlement of the claim and nothing is due qua the present complaint against the opposite party. As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Consequently, in view of above statements, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
