The case is taken up today for admission hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.  Perused the petition of complaint annexed document. Considered. From  the context of materials on record along with petition of complaint, It appears that  the complainant initially approached the Insurance Ombudsman at Kolkata against the OP-1 and she received Rs.  21,000/-. Ld. Advocate for the complainant further stated that  the complainant prayed for clarification to the OP-1 for payment of Rs.  21,000/-  only and repudiation but no specific repudiation is there.

 Under such circumstances,  this commission is of opinion that  prima facie there is no sufficient ground to admit the case. Thus the same  is not admitted and dismissed without any cost.
