None present on behalf of the complainant on repeated call.

It appears from the record that this Commission was show caused complainant on 24/03/2021 vide Order No.14 thereafter several opportunities given for filing show cause i.e. on 12/05/2021, 26/07/2021, 20/08/2021 and today i.e. 07/02/2022.

In spite of several opportunities complainant remain absent without any step.

Hence, in my view, complainant is less interested to proceed with this case.

Hence, it is

                        O R D E R E D

That this complaint case be and the same is disposed of for non taking step.
