Sh. Rohit Jain Advocate counsel for opposite parties made a statement that the complainant has submitted copy of claim form which is Ex.C-6 already on the file with the opposite parties but has not filed Revised claim form. However, the opposite parties are ready to pay Rs. 1,30,000/- to the complainant in lump sum without any interest, litigation expenses or compensation of any kind within one month from today. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

On the other hand Sh. RK Singla counsel for the complainant made a statement that I have heard the above statement of learned counsel for the opposite parties and agreed with the same. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite parties I withdraw the present complaint. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file. 

In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, parties are bound by their undertakings made today before this Commission. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
