At this stage, settlement is reached between the parties wherein it is agreed that the opposite party bank would eroesthe account of the complainant and if his name has appeared in the civil list, that will be updated, and the civil authorities will be informed. It is also settled that the opposite party would pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation to the complainant. The matter stands disposed of in terms of above settlement.
