None present for both the parties.  Last time matter was adjourned as notice sent to the complainant was returned unserved with endorsement “Left”.   It appears that complainant failed to furnish correct/changed postal address for dispatch of the notice.  This Commission has no means to trace address of the complainant. It appears that complainant is not interested in prosecution of this matter.  Hence, the order :-

1.Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.No order as to costs. 

3.Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
