Though constitution of a Bench presided over by a single Member has been questioned with reference to Rule 15(A) of Consumer Protection Rules, 1987, petitioner has lost sight of the fact that such Bench may be constituted by the Hon’ble President, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, with one or more Members, as he may deem fit. Review application No. 144/2010 has been filed by petitioner for reconsideration of the order dated 26.04.2010 passed by this Commission. We have carefully gone through the record of the case including the review application and also our order dated 26.04.2010. There is no error apparent on face of the record and review application being without substance, is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to cost.
