Heard Mr. Tapan Kr. Pal, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner who has challenged the impugned order adding some of the persons as O.Ps.  It is not disputed that the parties since added are also interested in the subject matter of the proceeding though may not be having the same view as the Petitioner hold.  In the facts and circumstances as the added parties are also having interest in the subject matter of the proceeding, we do not find any ground for interference with the impugned order.  The revision petition is dismissed.  We make it clear that we have not decided anything on merit.
