                    Sh.Rajat Sharma, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdrew the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
