O R D E R

Case called out twice- Appellant not present. 

On perusal of the order sheet, we noticed that sufficient opportunities were provided to the appellant to submit his arguments. In spite of that he is continuously absent.  We consider that he has no interest to continue the case and apart from that we do not find any valid reasons to adjourn the matter. Hence, the appeal dismissed.  

The amount in deposit shall be transmitted to the concerned District Consumer Commission for disbursement of the same to the Complainant/Respondent. 

Send a copy of this order to both parties as well as concerned District Consumer Commission.
