Complaint is allowed.

 

          Op is directed to refund Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the complainant and to pay Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) damages towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant.  

 

          Both parties to bear their own cost.

 

          Advocate for complainant reports receipt of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) in all.   Hence complaint is closed since the claim of the complainant is fully met.
