             Complainant and OP present and Complainant submit that he has settled the matter out of the forum and received an amount of Rs.14,000/- out of Rs.18,000/- paid and agreed for the OPs to deduct Rs.4,000/- out of the same towards the labour charges and the GST paid. In view of the said settlement Complaint is hereby closed.
